Do we of /1net have anything to say about principles of transition?
At the very least we should gather the candidate principles.
There are those provided by NTIA in its letter and its faq.
There are those divined from utterance of the NTIA in various meeting at ICANN49
There are those that are either stated on gleaned from the the discuss list.
Probably others as well
One I heard that seems like it should be at the top of any list.
