/1net Steering Committee practices

It seems in an entity like /1net that everything the Steering Committee did would be done iin a transparent manner:

• Is there an open Archive
• Are calls recorded & transcribed and made available to the community?

We barely were able to come up with representatives?
How can we know what are representatives are doing when they do it all in secret?

Legitimacy is conferred on the SC by the /1net.
But keeping the community in the dark chips away at that legitimacy.

SC mailing list archive is openly available at http://1net-mail.1net.org/pipermail/steercom/14 and minutes of calls will be published now that SC has a dedicated section on the web site.

I've looked on the /1Net web site and can't find any minutes from Steering Committee meetings or calls. Can you please let me know where those minutes are being kept?
