Low: Unlikely to be impacted by /1net
Medium: Of relevance
High: A core interest

Interest

Low: Limited discussion on the topic
Medium: Some discussion, or discussion confined to a subset of participants
High: Lengthy and broad discussion

Agreement

Low: Most statements challenged by others
Medium: Occasional agreement, frequent disputes
High: General agreement with occasional argument

Resolution

Low: Topic not within /1net's influence; solution unlikely
Medium: Interest in reaching agreement despite challenges
High: Determination to work together to find solution
